I would not mind staying at the institute or in the town of Cargese. I will however require a crib for my son to sleep in as we cannot travel with it. Please advise–I could not find information on this on the IESC website. I will also have a rental car and will therefore need a parking spot.”

Old stuff

30 people, including 10 PhD student (who can share a room for two). Among the 30, reserve 10 for PhD (5 shared rooms). Our money should be used in priority for PhD students.

IESC (2017-07-03): we will have 25 rooms, half of them in the village, and five of them for two students. 20 x 1 + 5 x 2 = 30.

we have planed 30 participants (including the organizers). Here are the rates of the IESC (conference facility in Cargèse) per person. It is a forfeit for participants attending an event lasting six nights and including 5 meals (arrival Sunday evening and departure on Saturday morning):

  • Shared room : 252,20 Euros
  • Single room : 312.20 Euros
  • Accompanying persons / day : 22 Euros

In principle I have secured at least 5000 Euros on my grant.
