It will take place in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%C3%89cole_normale_sup%C3%A9rieure_(Paris)\">\u00c9cole Normale Sup\u00e9rieure<\/a> from <strong>July 1-5, 2019<\/strong>. It consists in...<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>9-hour lecture by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/research\/people\/sebubeck\/\">S\u00e9bastien Bubeck<\/a> (Microsoft Research)<\/li>\n<li>9-hour lecture by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/users.cms.caltech.edu\/~jtropp\/\">Joel Tropp<\/a> (California Institute of Technology)<\/li>\n<li>additional 45-minute talks (to be announced)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A website is available at <a href=\"https:\/\/hdpa2019.sciencesconf.org\/\">https:\/\/hdpa2019.sciencesconf.org\/<\/a>. The registration is free but mandatory. There will be some limited support for young students. The targeted audience is young and less young mathematicians, starting from the PhD level.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This school is funded by the <strong>PSL-math program<\/strong>\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/PSL_Research_University\">PSL University<\/a>), and is additionally supported by <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Centre_national_de_la_recherche_scientifique\">CNRS<\/a>.
